The following consists of quick links to the apps and/or websites that I use with my clients, as well as recommendations that usually give as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. The purpose of this page is mainly to provide a quick Resource Center for my clients, so that they can easily access the apps, and services they may or may not need during their time here at Train With Tamer.


My clients use MyNetDiary because it allows them to get into a habit of routinely tracking their meals for free.


My clients makes use of the InBody Machine’s biomedical technology to simplify their understanding of their health & wellness. I also utilize their scans for supplemental progress tracking, and added support.


For my clients who are based in the US, I highly recommend Project Lean Nation, a healthy meal prep company where their dietitian-designed nutrient dense foods meets your health & fitness goals.



As a personal trainer who works with clients of almost all ages, I try to make sure that I stay updated on the latest and the best options available for kids and the kids-at-heart in terms of nutrition, and even just tasty, clean snacks! Little Spoon is the first and only children’s food in the US to set strict limits for 500+ toxins and contaminants.
